Who is responsible for your data
Julien Beladina, contactable at julien@theselfexpansion.com, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
What we collect and why
We only collect data you enter yourself:
- Contact form — your name, email address, and anything you write in the message field. We use this to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss working together. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to you, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- Newsletter — your name and email address, collected only if you actively subscribe. We use this to send you our newsletter. Legal basis: your consent.
We do not ask for health information, and we ask that you do not include any in the contact form.
Who else sees it
Your data is handled by the service providers that run this website and our mailing list: Hostinger. They act on our instructions only. If any of these are outside the EEA: Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area; transfers are covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 3 years after our last exchange. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time — for the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in any email. Write to julien@theselfexpansion.com to exercise any of these rights.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Données (CNPD), 15 boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, Luxembourg — www.cnpd.lu
Cookies
This website uses only strictly necessary cookies — those required for the site to function and for the contact form to work securely. These do not require your consent and are not used to track you.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.
