Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern all services provided by Julien Beladina, operating under the commercial name The Self Expansion, based in Luxembourg, Luxembourg (“The Self Expansion”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any of our services, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Services

Julien Beladina and The Self Expansion offer in-person and online services including but not limited to:

Group and private yoga classes
Workshops and retreats
One-to-one coaching sessions
Massage sessions
Corporate training and well-being programs

Online sessions may take place via Zoom or Google Meet or other platforms. Some programs may be recorded and made available for replay access depending on the product; this information will be specified at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Payments

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise specified.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card, cash, Payconiq, or online platforms such as Stripe or PayPal, depending on the service.

All prices are final and include all applicable taxes.

Julien Beladina is VAT-exempt under Luxembourg law (TVA non applicable – franchise en base, Article 57, paragraphe 1er, de la loi modifiée du 12 février 1979).

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Yoga classes (drop-in and packages)

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations will be compensated with a voucher of equivalent value.
No refunds are possible.

Group workshops and retreats

No cancellations or refunds are possible once booked.

Private coaching and massage sessions

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations will be compensated with a voucher of equivalent value.
No refunds are possible.

If a participant arrives late, Julien Beladina and The Self Expansion reserve the right to refuse entry to maintain the integrity of the session. In such cases, no refund or voucher will be issued.

4. Cancellations by The Self Expansion

Julien Beladina and The Self Expansion reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any class, session, or event at any time and for any reason (including but not limited to illness, technical issues, or insufficient enrollment).

In such cases, participants will be notified via email or instant messaging (if available), and an alternative option or credit will be proposed.

5. Liability Disclaimer

All activities offered by Julien Beladina and The Self Expansion — including yoga, massage, coaching, and retreats — involve varying degrees of physical and emotional engagement.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for your own physical and mental well-being.
You have consulted a qualified healthcare provider before engaging in physical activities, if necessary.
You understand that Julien Beladina and The Self Expansion are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in the activities or use of the services.

Participation is entirely voluntary, and you agree to practice and engage mindfully and within your personal limits.

6. Collaborations and Guest Teachers

Occasionally, Julien Beladina and The Self Expansion may collaborate with other teachers, coaches, or facilitators.

When Julien Beladina or The Self Expansion is the lead teacher or main organizer, these Terms & Conditions apply to the event.

Any specific terms related to collaborators will be communicated at the time of booking.

7. Conduct and Punctuality

Participants are expected to:

Arrive on time and respect the start and end times of sessions.
Behave respectfully towards all participants, teachers, and staff.

Julien Beladina and The Self Expansion reserve the right to refuse entry or participation to anyone whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe — without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content shared during or after sessions, including materials, recordings, and teaching resources, remains the intellectual property of Julien Beladina and The Self Expansion unless otherwise specified.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share any material without prior written consent.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Julien Beladina and The Self Expansion comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We only collect and process personal data necessary to deliver our services, communicate with you, and manage bookings.

Your personal information is stored securely and will never be shared with third parties without your consent, except when required by law.

By booking or subscribing, you consent to the use of your contact details for necessary communication related to your sessions or programs.

10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Luxembourg.

Any disputes arising in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.

11. Updates

Julien Beladina and The Self Expansion reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
