The economic case

Burnout has a cost, and you’re hemorrhaging money.

What the research keeps confirming is straightforward: burnout shows up on the income statement long before it shows up in HR. The largest share of the cost is invisible — work happening at reduced capacity.

The method

Two levels, or neither

Most workplace wellbeing fails the same way: it hands people techniques while leaving untouched the conditions that exhaust them. Burnout research keeps converging on a two-factor picture — exhaustion tracks demand; cynicism tracks missing support. So the work runs on both levels at once: build the individual’s capacity to carry load, and change what the organization asks people to carry.

Three pillars
01

Addresses root causes

Practices developed over centuries as disciplines for training attention and regulating physiology, now validated by peer-reviewed research and applied to knowledge work. They target the physiological and psychological foundations of burnout, not its symptoms.

02

Multi-level transformation

Individual work through yoga and meditative practices strengthens each person’s capacity, while organizational interventions reshape corporate culture. Real change requires both personal resilience and systemic support working in tandem.

03

Transferable intelligence

Through applied philosophy, consistent practice, and nervous system literacy, we develop transferable intelligence — the discernment, self-awareness, and capacity for purposeful action that make people more effective in any situation.

Tools & techniques

The practices behind the method

Seven disciplines, sequenced into protocols and woven into daily life so the method holds up under pressure. Each card opens a brief: how we teach it, what it builds, how it differs from the common version, and the evidence behind it.

Practice over prescription

Most programs hand you a checklist for a situation or unintegrated consultations. We build a consistent practice you carry everywhere.

Tailored protocols

Tools are selected and tailored for the demands of senior knowledge work, drawn from peer-reviewed research.

Woven into your day

The practices integrate into daily life, so the capacity is already there before the pressure arrives.

Burnout stems from exhaustion due to too much demand, and cynicism from too little support.

Individual practices build capacity for the first; organizational change supplies the second.

Both have to be addressed.

Frequently asked

Common questions from clients

Senior management groups in medium and large knowledge work organizations — typically in finance, law, and other sectors where chronic workload and high-stakes decision-making are constant. We currently work with organizations across Luxembourg and the wider Benelux region. Cohorts run 6 to 12 people. Complementary staff seminars and C-Suite 1:1 leadership coaching available.
Ten weekly training workshops held in person, plus two individual 1-on-1 consultations at the start and close. Participants run short on-demand exercises between sessions for personal practice.
Peer-reviewed research across mindfulness, breathwork, applied philosophy, and organizational design. The combined-modality approach — individual practice paired with organizational change — produces roughly twice the impact of programs that work on only one level.
A validated burnout assessment is administered at baseline and at program close. Cohort-level findings are reported back to leadership in a structured debrief, alongside the organizational adjustments surfaced during the program.
Individual assessment responses are confidential and never shared with the employer. Leadership sees cohort-level aggregates only, and reporting thresholds are set so no individual can be inferred. Data is processed within the EU under GDPR.
The Program addresses physiology, cognition, and organizational structure together — not in isolation. The vocabulary is operational and scientific. The outcome target is measurable change against a baseline, not engagement with content.
Pricing is set per cohort and depends on size, audience, and reporting requirements. The most direct route is a thirty-minute discovery call to scope the engagement.
